RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of purchase.
2. Returned products must be in original condition, unused and with all accessories and original packaging intact.
3. To start the return process, you must contact our customer HERE, fill out the form, provide the order details and the reason for the return.
4. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your product.
5. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. We will process the refund within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying the return.
7. As an alternative to a refund, we may offer the option of exchanging the product or issuing a voucher to be spent in our store at the buyer's discretion.
