RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is an integral part of the David Halfon experience. This policy sets out the conditions, procedures and timeframes for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as the management of returns and refunds.

- Shipping — Prepare and ship the product according to the instructions received.
- Refund — After receipt and verification, the refund will be processed within the applicable timeframe.
1. Right of withdrawal
If the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.
After notifying withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for acceptance of returns
The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original condition, complete with all included elements (accessories, dust bag, packaging).
Only handling necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product is permitted, as would be allowed in a physical retail store.
Any use beyond this may result, within the limits of the law:
- a reduction of the refund proportional to the loss in value of the item;
- or refusal of the return in cases of evident use, alteration or damage.
3. Return procedure
Returns must be requested exclusively via the dedicated form available HERE.
The customer must provide the required information. Shipping instructions and return address will be communicated via email.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
The return must be shipped with tracking and insurance covering the value of the item. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by the Seller.
5. Verification
All returns are subject to compliance checks. The Seller reserves the right to document the condition of the product upon receipt.
6. Non-compliant returns
In case of non-compliant returns, the Seller may:
- refuse the return and not issue a refund;
- or apply a proportional reduction in the refund.
In case of refusal, the product will remain available for return to the customer at their expense.
The customer may arrange the return:
- by requesting shipment from the Seller at their cost;
- or by providing a suitable prepaid shipping label.
If no instructions are received within a reasonable timeframe, the Seller shall not be responsible for storing the product.
7. Refund
The refund will be processed after receipt and verification of the product.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the return, and in any case within the legal timeframe.
8. Exchanges and store credit
The Seller may, at its discretion, offer an exchange or store credit. This option does not constitute a customer right.
9. Scope
The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased on the Site in accordance with applicable law.
10. Partial returns
In case of partial return, the refund will apply only to returned products.
11. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
