RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is an integral part of the David Halfon experience. This policy sets out the conditions, methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as for managing returns and refunds.

- Instructions received — You will receive the operational instructions by email.
- Shipping — Prepare and ship the product according to the instructions received.
- Refund — After receipt and verification, the refund will be processed within the applicable terms.
1. Right of withdrawal
If the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
After notifying the withdrawal, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product.
2. Return acceptance conditions
The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original condition, complete with all items that may have been included (accessories, dust bag, packaging).
Only handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product is permitted, equivalent to what would be allowed in a physical store.
Any use beyond this limit may result, within the limits of the law, in:
- a reduction of the refund proportionate to the loss in value of the goods;
- or refusal of the return in cases of evident use, alteration or damage to the product.
3. Starting the return procedure
The return must be requested exclusively through the dedicated form available HERE.
The customer must provide the requested information. Operational instructions and the shipping address will be communicated by email.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
The return must be shipped using a tracked service and insured for the value of the goods. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by the Seller.
5. Checks and inspections
All returns are subject to conformity checks. The Seller reserves the right to document the condition of the product upon receipt and during the inspection process.
6. Non-compliant returns
In the event of a return that does not comply with these conditions, the Seller may:
- refuse the return and not issue a refund;
- or apply a reduction of the refund proportionate to the loss in value of the product.
In the event of refusal, the product will remain available to the customer for return shipment. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The customer may arrange the return shipment by:
- requesting shipment through the Seller and bearing the related costs;
- or providing a suitable prepaid shipping label.
If no instructions are provided within a reasonable period from the communication, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the custody of the product.
7. Refund
The refund will be made after the product has been received and its conformity verified.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from receipt of the return and in any case within the maximum terms provided by applicable law.
8. Exchanges and store credit
The Seller may, at its discretion, offer the possibility of exchanging the product or receiving credit usable on the Site. This option does not constitute a customer right.
9. Scope of application
The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased on the Site within the limits and under the conditions provided by applicable law.
10. Partial returns
In the event of a partial return of an order, the refund will relate exclusively to the products actually returned.
11. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided by applicable law, including, by way of example, personalized products or products made according to the customer’s specific request.
