If you have a promotional code or gift card, you can activate it by adding it to the "Discount Code" section in the Cart. If the code is valid, the discount will be immediately applied to the amount of your order.
In order to prevent fraud on the Internet, payment for orders placed on www.davidhalfon.com is managed online by the relevant bank through its secure servers. The relevant bank is responsible for storing and automatically processing in a protected environment the information relating to each order, including financial information. All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., is directly managed by the relevant bank which guarantees the security of online transactions. DH does not gain knowledge of the credit card details and is therefore unable to archive or store them in any way.
It is not possible to enter VAT number as it is not permitted to issue invoices in the name of companies. The invoice is issued only to private customers and is valid as proof of purchase.
The average delivery times of the order (starting from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email) depend on the chosen shipping country.

Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed the same day. For orders placed after 12:00, please add an additional 24 hours to the average delivery time from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Orders may be subject to delays in shipping and delivery in the event of public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. Returned products must be in original condition, unused and with all accessories and original packaging intact.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer within 14 days. In no case can the right of withdrawal be exercised by the recipient of a gift.
Once the DH Online Store has received the return and checked that all conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Refunds can only be made via the payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit or debit card, the refund time depends on the bank and is approximately 7 working days .
Yes . When you request a return in the “Request a Return” section, you can specify the items you wish to return.
Yes . When an order is shipped in multiple lots, you can return the items you want in one package, enclosing all the necessary documents related to the order and affixing the return label provided.
